How Fireside
Works
Building the first fire
Every great community starts somewhere.
Our first goal is to build the inaugural Fireside class by partnering with a small group of artists and creators who believe there is a better way to build and promote music.
We're currently accepting applications for our first five founding artists.

Step 02
Fireside Evaluation
Every submission is carefully reviewed by the Fireside team. We consider historical performance, audience engagement, creative potential, content opportunities, and the project as a whole.
If we believe the project is a strong fit, we prepare a private Fireside partnership proposal. After review, the artist receives:
- A recommended Fireside Tier
- Expected support
- Proposed ownership structure
- Campaign strategy
Every proposal is shaped around the release. Fireside tiers are shared directly with artists after their application has been reviewed.
Step 03
Assemble Your Team
Once approved, Fireside builds a creative team around the release. Every project begins with four core contributors:

Project Lead
Strategy, planning, release management, and communication.

Creative Lead
Video production, photography, editing, and content creation.

Graphic Lead
Artwork, branding, social assets, and creative design.

Growth Lead
Marketing strategy, paid advertising, and audience growth.
Together with the artist, the team develops the creative vision, campaign strategy, and deliverables needed to give the release its best chance of success.

Every contributor becomes an invested partner in the release. Rather than simply completing assigned tasks, the team works together to build the world around the music.

Step 05
Release & Share The Success
Fireside coordinates the release functions traditionally handled by a label, including distribution and royalty administration through our distribution partner.
Before release, ownership is transparently allocated based on each contributor's agreed participation and completed deliverables. Everyone knows exactly what they own before release day.
No advances
No automatic recoupment
No hidden royalty calculations
From the first dollar a song generates, master royalties are automatically distributed according to each participant's ownership percentage through our distribution partner.
